Science and technology (Sci-Tech) as a piece of human progression and a cornerstone of our existence.

According to the organization’s rationale, there could be two causes that prompted the matter to be considered: either people didn't know or people chose not to know. Now that CLN is here, their goal is to educate and inform while still adhering to their mission statement.
People are unquestionably surrounded by science and technology, they already live with and through them. But what makes it more interesting is that, despite the fact that people constantly witness science and technology in our daily lives, they still often forget the main concern behind its development and the roots that were situated before humans, to improve lives. People frequently fail to recognize the origins of these great human endeavors. The majority of science and technology's beneficiaries are unaware of their historical and philosophical roots. As a result, to emphasize the importance of knowing, comprehending, and explaining aspects of the natural world and technology, here is an expounded statement from CLN.
The elucidation of unknown phenomena and the creation of new knowledge through the discovery of new natural laws and principles are examples of scientific and technological activities, and the new knowledge obtained is then applied in real society. The essence of how science and technology contribute to society is the creation of new knowledge and then the application of that knowledge to improve human life and solve societal problems. With the transition to a knowledge-based society well underway in the early years of the twenty-first century, the creation of new knowledge is becoming an increasingly important aspect of scientific and technological activities, and science's role in this knowledge creation is critical for the realization of "science and technology for society."
Whereas technology has evolved inextricably linked to the comfort and prosperity of human life since before recorded history, science arose from natural philosophy and was supported by people's intellectual curiosity. The primary goal of science has been to understand how nature is put together and operates, and it has evolved as a distinct entity from technology. Of course, while various scientific advances aided technological progress, this does not imply that scientific research was conducted with the intention of developing new technologies; rather, scientific knowledge was used simply because it was available. In fact, new technologies were more commonly developed in order to further scientific research.
Following the Industrial Revolution, the separate paths of science and technology began to converge. Significantly, after around 1850, when a chemical industry began to develop based on the application of knowledge about chemistry, and electrical technologies arose based on knowledge about electromagnetism, the concept of linking scientific results to technology for societal application became prevalent. Nonetheless, science has moved away from being the intellectual world's business, with scientific results now pioneering the frontiers of human activities in terms of both space and time, and expanding human activities' potential. Science has also had a significant impact on people's sense of values, changing the nature of society and becoming the engine driving civilization's progress. Science has contributed to life in ways other than simply understanding how the world works. The scientific revolution's discoveries raised serious concerns about the veracity of what was being taught religiously and academically. The advances made during the revolution were extremely beneficial in terms of establishing a more logical approach to explaining daily occurrences and events in human life and nature. Science has also altered the general order of what can and cannot be accepted.
"Now that you already know the contribution of science and technology through knowledge creation and utilization, as well as how it developed with and contributed to human civilization, it’s the time that we people, choose to know the things that we didn’t know. It’s time to ingeniously unravel all of the ideas buried and covered by those blinding information scattered in our society".
